Established in 2010, Espinoza Consulting Services (ECS) was formed to provide thoughtful approaches to regulatory compliance, environmental planning, and natural and cultural resource management. Serving organizations in both the public and private sectors, we understand the complexities inherent to many of our clients' projects. Our approach emphasizes communication between parties, enabling stakeholders to find common ground. The interdisciplinary staff at ECS work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions that allow our clients to effectively achieve their project goals from start to finish.
ECS is a Small Business Administration (SBA)-certified woman‐ and minority-owned, EDWOB, and HUBZone business formed to provide regulatory compliance services associated with a wide array of current federal, state, and local environmental and cultural/natural resource laws and regulations. With hundreds of combined years of experience as environmental, natural resource, and cultural resource management, ECS also provides diverse technical and community relations expertise, federal contract management and staffing, accurate clearly written technical documents, and a proven organizational structure with a strong communication network.
